Policy of return and safety

Making payment for purchase of products (goods) International Marketing Community INC (hereinafter-goods, products of IMC), you agree with the conditions of a security policy and terms of return stated below.

Return of products of IMC and receiving the paid means back possibly only for the following reasons:

1. The technical impossibility of completion of payment which arose not because of the buyer — in case of write-off of means of the buyer, not transfer of these funds for the specified account of the seller — involves purchase cancellation. Return of the full sum charged off an account of the Buyer.
2. Non receipt by the buyer the products of IMC after making payment — in a case, when for any confirmed the products of IMC wasn’t sent to the Buyer after transfer of the full sum of cost for package the products of IMC — involves purchase cancellation. Return of the full sum of means charged off an account of the Buyer.
3. The wrong transfer of the sum of money exceeding the cost of the paid package provided that this mistake arose because of the confirmed technical failure, excepting a case of a mistake of the Buyer — involves return of the sum of a positive difference between the cost of the chosen IMC products package and actually paid means charged off an account of the Buyer.
4. The wrong payment by the Buyer of the sum of means exceeding IMC products package chosen for payment, made because of the Buyer — involves return of a positive difference between the cost of package chosen for payment and the amount credited into the account of the Seller minus the performed operation commission of bank on return of means.
5. The wrong payment by the Buyer of the sum of means which is insufficient for payment of the chosen IMC products package, made because of the Buyer — involves return of the sum of the means enlisted into the account of the Seller minus the performed operation commission of bank on return of means.

In all the cases of return of means to the Buyer if goods was already transferred to the Buyer — these goods and the rights for it come back to the Seller according to the fact of cancellation of this purchase.

All returns of means in the cases which are listed above (points 1-5 of Policy of return and safety), are made from 25 to 60 days, depending on complexity of a question and interaction of the banks serving the payment tool of the Buyer, payment of purchase and refund in time.

At approach of such case You undertake to submit the application to the Seller’s support service, and also to Your bank not later 30 days after approach of such case. The statement has to contain all requisites of payment and a subject of the purchase chosen by You (the IMC products package), and also the Buyer’s actions details and the arisen problem details.

The Buyer bears responsibility for correctness and sensibleness of the actions, for the legal capacity and the capacity according to the current legislation of the Seller-Company residence country.

The Buyer bears responsibility for reliability and correctness of the data specified in the requisites filled for registration on the site of the Seller and for commission of payment of the chosen IMC products package.

The Buyer is obliged to follow safety rules at making payments by means of the Internet.

The Seller doesn’t bear responsibility for violations by the Buyer of safety rules of making payments in the Internet.

The Seller doesn’t bear responsibility for safety of connection the Internet from the Buyer, for safety and serviceability of the equipment which the Buyer for purchase commission, or for the consequences which arose because of violation of safety of shopping, behavior on the Internet by the Buyer, violations of a security policy of the bank which let out a payment card of the Buyer uses.

The Buyer bears responsibility for timely replenishment of necessary funds for the balance/account.

The Buyer bears responsibility for reality and effectiveness of the payment tool by means of which the Buyer makes purchase.
